Advanced CTS Corp, Inc is hiring a full-time Clinical Data Manager.

​

Job Duties:

• Oversees the development of company’s databases; participates in the development of the overall company’s databases, Ensure that data is stored securely and that access to data is controlled and auditable. 

• Effectively manage daily tasks, Develop and maintain company’s SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

• Ensures appropriate transmission of clinical data to the data management department; reviews and analyze case report queries and problems, and clarifies and/or obtains changes to data as appropriate; Perform data cleaning and quality checks to ensure that data is accurate and complete. 

• Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of clinical data management projects; Develop and maintain data management plans, including data entry, data validation, data transfer, and data archiving. 

• Communicate/collaborate with clinical CRO, sponsor and clinical study sites to ensure robust supply chain strategies for the on-time delivery of clinical supplies; Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure that data is accurate and complete. 

• Provide on-going monitoring of inventory and expiration dates for assigned program/study. Ensures alignment with supply forecast and study/program requirements; Ensure inventory record is accurate in database. 

• Collaborate with project manager and Participate in project planning and management activities, including developing timelines and budgets, monitoring project progress, and identifying and managing risks. 

• Provide technical oversight of packaging and distribution including, but not limited to document review of packaging specifications, receiving documentations, and executed inventory records, distribution instructions and order processing and delivery.

 

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information System, Physics or other Related Analytical Field.

Job Description:

• Communicate/collaborate with clinical CRO, sponsor, and clinical study sites to ensure on-time delivery of clinical supplies

• In charge of labeling/packaging, storage/distribution, return/destruction of clinical materials of projects

• ​Draft receiving, labeling, packing, shipping, and destruction documents​​

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure storage, labeling/packaging, distribution, and return/destruction of clinical materials is done correctly

• Ensure documents and records remain compliant with regulations and SOPs​​​​​​​​​

Job Description:

• Draft SOPs and ensure they are compliant with regulatory authorities

• Coordinate training for all employees to ensure quality compliance

• Describe operational SOPs for client auditing

• Ensure all project documents are signed and released​​​

• Maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System)

• Ensures all data including temperature, humidity, and inventory are stored electronically/hard-copied

• Ensures data security in compliance with regulatory authorities​​​​​​​

• Works closely with PM to ensure there are sufficient amount of packing and distribution materials

• Ensuring the company complies with safety and health regulations

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics​​​​​​
